Amporin is currently seeking partners for its Alzheimer's disease (AMP-AD) and Type 2 Diabetes (AMP-DM) discovery programs prior to full preclinical testing, and is open to licensing, co-development, and other strategic partnering arrangements.
Meanwhile, Amporin is always looking for new opportunities to collaborate with CROs or academic research groups to test and validate its pore-targeting therapies. We are especially keen to work with external partners that have already established models and methods to evaluate the toxic effects of misfolded protein oligomers or pores on synthetic membranes, mitochondria, cell cultures, tissues, or animal models.

If successful, this approach could create a new category of therapies capable of addressing some of the most devastating and currently intractable diseases, including Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Type 2 diabetes, ALS, Huntington's disease, and others. The potential impact extends far beyond any single disease and may ultimately reshape how degenerative diseases are understood and treated.
